Step 2: Structural decomposition

The gap in the middle of the red circle is the white area, and no construction is required. We assume that the shelf is 18 meters wide and 22 meters long. The yellow box is the four corners of the shelf, starting from the Angle, the curtain spacing of 18 meters wide is 2.2 meters, and the curtain spacing of 22 meters is 2.28 meters. The red circle is the wooden keel, and the wooden keel is cut into 1.2m/root, which is reasonably fixed on the upper edge of the shelf according to the position marked by the red circle, as the area point of fabric construction.


According to the calculation of the marks on the comprehensive diagram, 5 pieces of cloth (1.5 meters wide) are needed at 18 meters wide, and the middle distance of each cloth is 2.2 meters, and the middle distance of each cloth is 22 meters, and 6 pieces of cloth are needed, and the middle blank space of each cloth is 2.28 meters.

The third step: material calculation The middle beam will be 22 meters long shelf in half, each section is 12 meters long (shelf side to side), the diameter of the middle ring is 3 meters, when the field construction sag of 1.5 meters, it can be calculated that the length of the middle two cloth at 18 meters wide is: 12 meters -1.5 meters =9.5 meters, and the length of the total cloth is about 14 meters. When extending to both sides of this increase 1-2 meters, the 18-meter beam fabric is between 14 meters and 16 meters, and the diagonal is the longest cloth curtain. We should notice that because it is indeed impossible to be overly accurate, the size of the fabric accounting is basically added 1-2 meters to prevent insufficient materials on site.

Step 4: Prepare several nail guns for construction and nail a box of needles. As shown in the picture: the red circle of A is the wooden keel, the 1.5-meter wide cloth is turned upward (the raw edge of the cloth is turned up to prevent drooping), and the cloth is manually folded into A 1-meter wide, and the wooden keel is fixed together with a nail gun. The wooden keel is cut off and fixed into a circle at B. The cloth coming from A is turned upward, and the manual crease is about 30 cm wide, and the cloth and the wooden keel are fixed with a nail gun. Cycle in turn to secure all the cloth. Fabric between A and B ensures smooth wrinkles, and all cloth droop is consistent.



Notes: 1. A+ has 8 places, that is, 4 corners of the shelf, two in each corner. If these four corners want to make the cloth flat and not tilt, they need to be fixed at the left or right oblique Angle at A+ (as shown in the triangle in the figure), which can ensure the smoothness. 2. Two people at A and B need to cooperate in construction, one person at one end works simultaneously, and one person at C, adjust the arc of the cloth in the middle of the stand, deal with the raw edge in the middle, and control the overall situation to coordinate the position of A or B.
